Why isn't taxpayers' money allocated to Children first?

Due to corruption, the taxpayers' money is being allocated to taxpayers-funded banquets for individuals who are already receiving full taxpayers-funded salaries.

Can I be sure that any money I donate would be given to Children in need?

No. Due to the rampant corruption in the current system and the disobeying by the District of lawful Subpoenas, there is no evidence that any money you "donate" to the Texas Liberty Hill Independent School District would go to Children in need.
